Accounts Payable Team Leader required for a pharmaceutical company in Dublin West.

Reporting to the Finance Manager responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of AP team of 7 (onsite and off site)
• Review current AP processes, recommend and develop improvements
• Establish and maintain an escalation process
• Review and take appropriate action on pending AP invoice / credit notes
• Coordinate with procurement team and clear discrepancies
• Responsibility for supplier statement reconciliation and query resolution
• Accounts Payable lead in SAP implementation project
• Responsibility for the operational performance of AP team

Skills and experience required:

• Min 5yrs AP experience pref within pharmaceutical background
• Experience as Team Leader / Supervisor essential
• Accounting qualification such as IATI
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy essential
• Experience on Sun (or similar financial package) advantageous
• Experience on SAP also advantageous

€40,000 (plus pension after 6 months)
