Irish Recruitment Consultants processes your Personal Data (1) to provide you with job placement services (2) for staff administration purposes (3) to draw up statistics (4) for advertising purposes (5) for marketing and public relations purposes (of its own business and services only) and (6) for accounts and records. Irish Recruitment Consultantsprocesses Sensitive Personal Data only if required to comply with legal obligations or with your consent. We may disclose your Personal Data to our clients, other Irish Recruitment Consultantsbranches, to subcontractors who perform services on our behalf, and where we are otherwise required to do so such as by court order.

How can I keep my Registration Information Up-to-Date?

You can update the registration information you have provided to us by following the update procedure included in the registration section of the website. If you update your information, the new information will replace the old registration information we have stored on IRC's internal system. However, if you have previously submitted a curriculum vitae (CV), you should resubmit an up-dated CV as well as updating your registration information on IRC's website as Irish Recruitment Consultants may not check that the information you entered on the web site and the information in your CV are consistent. Note that Irish Recruitment Consultants may implement a system that allows us to check that changes to your registration information on IRC's website are reflected in the other information Irish Recruitment Consultants may keep in the records discussed under the heading 'Curriculum Vitae' below. By registering with IRC, you agree to this possible use of your registration information.
 
We would appreciate it if you would update your registration details and CV whenever your details change. We are reliant on you supplying us with a factually accurate and complete picture of you, your experience and requirements.
 

What will Irish Recruitment Consultants do with my Curriculum Vitae?

The Irish Recruitment Consultants web site allows you to submit your CV to Irish Recruitment Consultants either with your Registration details or directly by email to an IRC consultant in response to a particular job offered on the site. Your CV will be stored on IRC's internal computer system. Access to the Irish Recruitment Consultants computer system is password protected.
Once Irish Recruitment Consultants has obtained your CV, Irish Recruitment Consultants will enter summaries of the information contained in your CV to create a record about you on our internal computer system. Irish Recruitment Consultants may add to the information obtained from your CV with written or verbal information taken directly from you. The only information that will be added to the record about you on IRC's internal computer system will be information that is considered necessary or helpful and is intended to assist in the recruitment process.
 
Irish Recruitment Consultants will not send your CV to organisations with vacancies for which you may be appropriate without your express consent. However, Irish Recruitment Consultants may send a profile of your skills and experience to organisations selected by IRC. The profile would be created from your CV and other written or verbal information you have provided, but would not have any identifying information about you such as your name, contact details or the names of your previous employers. Irish Recruitment Consultants understands that if you have a rare skill, it may be possible to identify you even without the identifying information mentioned above.
