As you are reading this blog you would have already seen our brand new website, with the new and improved branding for Irish Recruitment Consultants - I hope you like both! IRC was first set up way back in 1984; whilst our original branding has served us well, following the creation of joint venture Guidant IRC, I felt we were well overdue a facelift and some extra love and attention!
A true reflection of today's IRC
So what has prompted our new look? Due to the exciting launch of Guidant IRC into the Irish market we separated out our service offering, moving all of our large scale managed service solutions under the Guidant IRC brand and focussing our IRC brand on Specialist Staffing covering temporary, contract and permanent roles across our specialist divisions.
I feel we now have a new brand, logo and a website that not only reflects our business, but aligns with both Guidant IRC and our UK companions, Guidant Group.
Sharing the IRC story
Apart from our new website, new logo and new online guides for both our clients and candidates, what else does this mean for IRC? Well to start with, you are going to hear a lot more from us; we have always been focussed on providing the best service to both our clients and our candidates, but we have now decided we should probably start sharing with the world the great things we do!
We will be sharing lots of new, helpful content on our social media platforms so please ensure you are following us on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn to get our regular updates.
The Gold Award
We are also launching a new candidate recognition programme that we call the “IRC Gold” award for all of our temporary employees. We will recognise one temporary employee monthly with a €100 voucher and a certificate of recognition. I have no doubt that each monthly decision will be a difficult one, as we have such amazing temporary workers across many of our key clients!
Our team are excited by all of our new developments, so much so that we have created our own hashtag #TEAMIRC. We even managed to get some of the team to pose for photos!
