Role Description:
As a Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our retail stores. Your primary responsibilities will include
- Driving Sales and Store Performance:
- Utilize your commercial acumen to increase store sales, enhance store productivity, and control costs.
- Regularly analyze commercial reports to ensure that the store is optimized for productive daily operations.
- Collaborate with the management team to coach and develop a talented workforce, while assisting in recruitment processes.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team and ensure they are achieved.
- Support and manage underperforming team members to align their performance with set objectives.
- Be a commercial leader and inspire your sales team to achieve exceptional results.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and share performance results with the regional operations team.
- Conduct weekly competitor visits and provide commercial observations.
- Communication and Leadership:
- Maintain regular communication with the senior management team.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and foster a culture of exceptional service throughout the store.
- Make informed business decisions in the absence of the store or deputy manager.
- Possess confidence in analyzing reports and driving store productivity to achieve profit.
- Showcase expertise in visual merchandising and product placement to inspire customers and enhance sales.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and driving overall store performance.
- Competence in making business decisions alongside or in the absence of the store or deputy manager.
- Proficiency in analyzing reports and driving store productivity to achieve profit.
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and a passion for inspiring customers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a talented team.
