  1. Planning and Management
  • Gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task level
  • Proactively assist the business to identify upcoming conflicts and resource gaps
  • Serve as primary interface with the Global and Local Brand teams on project planning and delivery management
  • Serve as an interface between requests and vendor/external teams
  • Development of work-flows mapped to all resources involved
  • Contribute in brainstorming sessions and project kick off meetings
  1. Manage project scope including:
  • Management and documentation of project kick-off meetings (internal & vendors)
  • Contribute to development of and then manage ongoing project time lines
  • Monitoring and maintaining internal and external milestones
  • Change request management and validation
  • Facilitation of project meetings both internal and external
  • Review of all project deliverables for quality and accuracy
  1. Quality and reporting
  • To ensure that our project delivery is best in class
  • To ensure that relevant external standards are understood and incorporated where appropriate within programs
  • To ensure that all delivery project teams understand how quality relates to them and their role in delivery
  • To ensure all delivery projects have detailed QA activities planned, implemented and reported

  • 5+ years of proven commercial experience managing campaign sized projects within the creative marketing industry
  • · 2+ years of leading and managing project resource planning across multifunctional teams
  • · Significant experience in managing delivery of projects across complex matrix environments
  • · Pharma experience is of benefit but not essential
  • · Outsourcing operational activities on a Global scale
