Responsibilities:

Provide advice and information to customers by various methods (Phone /Email /Chat etc.)

Use the systems provided as they are intended and log customer interaction on the relevant database/system to create customer cases.

Represent in a professional manner Customer Case Management, displaying ownership or preparing cases to be escalated.

Interpret and understand the nature of the customers issue through an in-dept analysis and escalate where appropriate.

Communicate complex concepts and processes clearly to customers and business users in a manner that they can clearly understand.

Proactively maintain knowledge of market and service updates. Manage your assigned customer cases through the various channels Case Management -
