Join the Service Desk of a Multinational team, providing technical support to French speaking users and internal groups. As an IT Service Desk agent (Technical Call Centre rep), your role will be 1st level support, supporting MS Office, software applications and devices such as iPads, Android devices, iPhones, laptops. Training will be provided as well as excellent career opportunities to progress onto 2nd line support via phone & remote dial-in to international users & systems.
What we are looking for:

Ideally you will have experience in IT support - applications, PC, laptop, Windows, Office 365, smartphones, etc. Any relevant qualifications (A+, N+, Certificate, Diploma, etc) in IT or call centre or contact centre experience is advantageous.
What is on offer?
Full-time, permanent positions for people focussed on building a career in IT, technology or contact centre / call centre operations.
Salary = €26-27K (base salary of €24-25K + bonus + pension, VHI, generous holidays, etc)
37.5 hours per week - shift-work, Monday-Friday within the hours of noon -10pm, so you must be flexible to work shift.
Positions are located in Waterford, so anyone in the Waterford, Kilkenny, Tipperary, Wexford region.
