The successful candidate will be responsible for the transfer of product to an assigned number of markets. This includes all aspects; from customer creation, order receipt, freight booking, monitoring through to delivery and reporting to the various functions on the market performance

Skills Required

  • 5 years experience in a supporting Supply chain/Logistics function - exposure to implementation of new freight agents preferably in the Pharma Industry
  • Computer literate with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge and understanding of EMA/HPRA GDP standards preferable
  • Strong problem solving experience
  • Very strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • SAP knowledge of SD and MM Environmental preferable

Accountability's

  • Ensure operational compliance to all revenue and international trade legislative requirements, in addition to all DGF IE policies and procedures (H&S, Quality, Environmental, HR etc) and work in a manner that supports the company environment programme
  • Full ownership, responsibility and management for an assigned number of markets
  • Communicating with internal customer son the status of orders
  • Working with third party logistics providers
  • Monitoring each order until delivery and proactively managing orders
  • Work with freight partners to ensure on time deliveries to customers
  • Reporting daily KPI's to management
  • Liaising with finance to provide updates on sales from an order and unit perspective
  • Ensuring department deviations are investigated thoroughly
  • Drive process improvements
  • Develop and implement operational SOP's considering and building in HPRA/EMA guidelines
  • Ensure full compliance with internal SOP's and standards
