Skills and Experiences:

● Bachelor's degree in business/human resources preferred

● 3-5 years of prior experience in an HR/ HR operations role in an international or

customer services environment; in lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant experience

● Experience with coaching managers

● Understanding of local legislation and experience in Ireland is a plus

● Workday experience and/or experience using JIRA is a plus

What you'll do:

● Provide HR support to the business, advising first-line and first-time managers on

performance management, employee relations, policies, and other HR-related

topics (e.g. Manager Training)

● Manage employee inquiries escalated from our Shared Services Team, and

connect the employee to HR central teams as necessary

● Delivering and enhancing the onboarding experience including managing

logistics with IT, badging etc

● Promote the companys' HR support model and ensure that individuals are self-serving

where possible

● Advise and complete all employee exits, both voluntary and involuntary

● Identify and execute on continuous improvement of HR programs and processes

to improve the overall employee and manager experience (e.g. benefits

enrollment processes)

● Complete processes and project work to maintain compliance in Ireland

● Partner with your People Operations Generalists and HR Business Partners on

larger projects and org changes

This is a 6 month contract with a likely potential of permanency for the right candidate
