Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose the cause of customer issues and resolve in real time wherever possible
  • Achieve efficiency targets and customer satisfaction targets

  • Follow agreed lines of escalation for all Customer Service issues

  • Deal with service queries in a prompt and professional manner

Skills & experience

  • Customer service experience

  • Previous Call centre experience - an advantage but not essential

  • Ability to work to designated individual and team targets

  • Excellent Communication, telephone and computer skills required
