This is a wonderful experience for the someone with Legal secretary experience who is looking for a move into a larger firm which is based in a great location!

My client require the suitable person to start ASAP on a 6 month probationary contract initially, with a view to permanency.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in Litigation (Essential)

Excellent IT skills - particularly with the Microsoft package (Essential)

Excellent Attention to detail (Essential)

Professional manner in all aspects of communication ie - phone, email (Essential)

Excellent typing/dictaphone skills (Typing test will be part of the interview process) (Essential)

Reception / Front of house experience (Desirable)

Experience using a document management system (Desireable)

Willingness to learn on the job (Essential)

Willingness to deal with any change within the company (Essential)

Ability to multi-task as this is a fast paced environment (Essential)

PA skills such as diary management (Essential)

Other Details:

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm (Lunch 1:00pm - 2:15pm)
