Internal Sales and Account Manager

IRC Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a client for the role of an Internal Sales and Account Manager based in Dublin 24.
Location: Dublin 24
Contract type: FTC Permanent
Onsite 5 days, can do wfh on Friday
Salary: 35k/annum
- Lead internal point of contact for our customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Aim to maintain and grow the sales through identifying customer experience improvement and target areas. Includes discount approvals.
- Attend monthly Internal/External company Sales meetings.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Increase and maintain awareness of local market conditions and feedback on competitor activity in the area.
- Grow the core business in the managed accounts.
Liaise with Business Development Team: -
- Update with relevant information relating to customers on their area.
- Work together to win opportunities.
Offer Product Support to Customers: -
- Understand and navigate catalogue.
- Understand the main product groups & their areas of use.
- Promote all products.
- Upsell accessories.
Update C4C system (CRM)
- Log details of all calls.
- Add contacts to customer accounts.
- Update contacts with fields of interest. (Products discussed).
- Attach any useful documents to the customer's account.
- Include details of any high value / quantity orders that have been received.
- Manage sales opportunities to feed the company sales pipeline.
Requirements for Role:
- 3+ years experience in sales
- Management experience desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in delivering customer focused solutions to customer needs to deliver customer centric approach.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support at trade events
Your Profile The successful Account Manager must be self-motivated, and a customer experience driven individual, with proven sales experience. A proven self-starter with the confidence in ability to deal with customer feedback.
