Guidant IRC are recruiting a Reports and Compliance Analyst to join our Credit Control Department at one of our client sites for a period of 6 months.

In this role, you will manage the customer rebate process for the company and liaise with various departments within the business whilst reporting directly to the Credit Manager while also working closely with the Commercial Manager and commercial team. This will involve compiling data for commercial committee review as part of the application process, drafting LTA agreements, assessing customer performance against targets, calculating accurate rebate due and acting as direct point of contact with our sales team. You will also be responsible for preparing ad hoc reports/analysis as requested.

Using a professional and proactive attitude, you will manage the LTA process, encouraging productivity and ensuring that all responsibilities of the role are completed in a timely manner. You will produce accurate reports and identify key issues requiring strong analytical and numerical skills. You will work closely with front of office departments including the sales, commercial and finance teams. An ability to build strong working relationships is a must. To be considered, you must have previous experience in an accounts department. Experience in a FMCG environment within the food services sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • Own the administration of customer rebate process
  • Effectively handle internal queries/escalations
  • Assist colleagues as the business demands
  • Prepare weekly/monthly and quarterly reports
